Ordering Information
On-line shopping and ordering is easy at Matchless Gifts.
Step 1
- Browse and select your products by brand from the menu bar, individual categories by types of incense on your home page or by using your search option in the upper left-hand corner of your page.
- You may also click on individual product images seen moving across your page.
- For individual products, where offered, click on "Learn More" to view additional details and place your orders.
Step 2
- Select the "Add to Cart" button to place individual products in your shopping cart.
- Some incense stick fragrances offer a smaller package and larger bulk package option.
- Select the Pack "Choose" drop-down menu at the bottom left, below the individual product image, to select your size of package and view your price.
- Select "Add to Cart". Wait for confirmation when you place items into your shopping cart, before adding more.
- Once your selection is in your cart you can add or decrease quantities you would like to order, using the + or -. You may also press "X" to remove items from your cart.
Step 3
- View your Shopping Cart, by clicking on the cart symbol at the top right of your page (next to More on your menu bar) to review your purchases before checking out.
- Note: Matchless Gifts does not ship to addresses outside the USA. If you are an international customer, please contact us before checking out, and we will refer you to a Matchless Gifts international distributor.
- If your order is less than $98.99, there is a $20 delivery charge for addresses in 48 contiguous U.S. states, and $24 charge including insurance for Alaska or Hawaii.
- When you order $20 or more, you'll receive up to $20 worth of free merchandise of your choice, to compensate you for paying freight. Please inform us of your selection in the Additional Delivery Information box, when checking out.
- If your order is $99 or more, you may apply a 15% discount coupon (use code MG2025) to help pay for your delivery charges, along with your $20 of free gifts.
- Your Billing Address must match the one on file with your bank, for your credit card to be approved.
- If your Shipping address, City and Zip Code is different from your Billing address and Zip Code, please let us know in the "Additional Delivery Information" box when checking out.
- Be sure to double check your shipping address and Zip Code. Matchless Gifts is not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete addresses (such as Apt #). Customer agrees to pay additional freight charges and return postage fees for any inaccurate delivery information supplied.
- Your package will be fully insured against loss in shipment; however, UPS may charge for any address corrections or return your package if your address is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Be sure to check your other Merchant Policies for Matchless Gifts' Service Agreement, including Refund policy, returns, and claims for loss or damages.
Step 4
- When you are finished ordering, after reviewing Matchless Gifts policies, and you're satisfied with your selections in your shopping cart, noting freight cost and sales tax, press CHECKOUT to process your order.
- Next, press CONTINUE.
- Fill out your Address & Contact info. Although your shopping cart allows you to select a region outside of the USA, Matchless Gifts can not accept international orders at this time or ship outside the USA. Please contact us, if your address is outside the USA, or if you are an international customer, and we will refer you to an experienced Matchless Gifts international distributor.
- If your Shipping Address and Zip Code is different from your Billing Address and Zip Code, please include it in the "Additional Delivery Information" box, along with your selections for free merchandise.
- Be sure to let us know your apartment, suite, or floor number if it applies.
- Your Billing Address must match the one on file with your bank, or your credit card may decline, which is designed as a safety feature to protect you.
- After filling out your Address & Contact Info, press "Continue to Payment".
- Either charge your credit card or select PayPal. You don't need to be a PayPal member to place orders with Matchless Gifts.
- Once your payment has been approved and your transaction completed, your receipt of purchase will be emailed to you, and you will be returned to your MysticTempleIncense.com site.
Additional notes
- $20 minimum charge for freight.
- For orders between $20.00-$98.99, there is a $20 flat charge for freight for your entire order, rather than freight on individual items.
- You will receive up to $20 worth of products of your choice, to compensate for the $20 freight charge. Let us know your selections, in the Additional Delivery Information box, when checking out, to make your choices.
- Orders over $99 will receive a discount coupon to compensate you for the freight charge, and you may keep your free gifts too!
